Can you coordinate hazmat testing and abatement?

Yes. For pre-1980 structures we coordinate asbestos and lead testing with a licensed lab and pull in a licensed abatement contractor for any positives. Demo does not start until clearance is in hand. Timing and cost are scoped into the master quote.

Do you do portfolio work for property managers?

Yes. Portfolio agreements come with priority scheduling, simplified billing, and one point of contact across your buildings and lots. From parking lot patches to vacant lot abatement to tenant improvement cutouts, we run the recurring work the same way every time.
