Will you try to take our client?
No. We work the scope you give us, hand it back clean, and wait for the next call from your office. We do not market to your homeowners, do not pitch your developer for the next phase, and do not bid against you on follow-on work. You stay the GC, we stay the sub.
Can you run prevailing wage jobs?
Yes. We run prevailing wage on public works and on private jobs that require it. Certified payroll, DIR registration, and apprenticeship requirements handled. Send the wage determination with the bid package and we will scope and price accordingly.
Do you work to engineered spec sheets?
Yes. Send the stamped plans and the spec sections that apply. We read the drawings before we quote and hit the depths, slopes, compaction, and material specs called out. We coordinate compaction tests with the soils engineer and do not pour or pave over an unsigned compaction report.
Can you handle weekend or night work?
Yes. With notice we can run weekends, evenings, or split shifts when the inspection window or the schedule demands it. Premium time is priced into the quote up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.
